We stand behind the quality of our products, but realize when selling thousands of items there may be some that were damaged in shipping, defective, etc. We do not accept returns on these items, however in special cases we will simply send you a new item.
Please send us a photo of the damage or explain to us what is wrong/defective so we can fix it. You are welcome to contact us to discuss a replacement within 30 days of your purchase. We can not refund or replace items that “do not fit properly." Please refer to sizing charts or measurements when purchasing apparel.

We will accept returns on defective items for a period of 30 days. Otherwise, if you need help with an item, we are happy to chat with you.
